Filipino Actor Tyron Perez is dead

Filipino Indie Film Actor Tyron Perez (born Jojo Perez) was found dead inside his own vehicle in Valenzuela City earlier this evening.

According to reports, the 26 years old actor’s cause of death was suicide.

Police Investigators found Tyrones body inside his car with a gunshot at the right side of his head.

Tyron Perez started in Master Showman’s walang tulugan show before he joined Starstruck Star Search in GMA 7.

In 2006 he played a role of a Macho Dancer in an Indie Film called Twilight Dancers.

Steve Jobs dies at 56

Apple Inc. said Wednesday its co-founder and chairman Steve Jobs has died at the age of 56.

“Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius and the world has lost an amazing human being,” the company said in a statement. “Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple.”

Jobs stepped down as chief executive officer of the computer giant in August, replaced by Tim Cook.

Amazon Kindle Fire

Im sure you have heard about the most talked about tablet in town now- the Amazon Kindle Fire. This new 7-inch tablet is becoming a hit before its November 15 launch and it seems that everyone wants it including me:)

Sources said that the company is selling 25,000 Kindle Fire tablets every day. eDataSource, which last week estimated that Amazon sold 95,000 Kindle Fires on day one, believes daily sales are around 20,000 units per day.

By those metrics, Amazon has sold nearly 250,000 Kindle Fires to date. And while competing tablet makers typically brag about units shipped to retailers, Kindle Fire sales are going directly to consumers.

New Friendster Site Gaining Momentum

Friendster, the pioneer social networking site that was just relaunched as a social gaming platform is gaining momentum with increasing users and premium games.

Friendster has attracted more than half a million new users and now includes over 40 premium games in two months after it was introduced to the public on June 28. The new site is aimed at bringing social games to young Asians and helping games publishers and developers tap the robust gaming Asian markets.
