Samsung leads Chinese market in 3G cellphone service according to Surveys
Sunday, August 30th, 2009South Korea’s Samsung Electronics led the market in 3G video cellphone service in China in the first few months of the launch of the service, a survey said Sunday.
China hosts three different cellphone services: TD-SCDMA, CDMA-2000(EVDO) and WCDMA. Samsung leads in two of the categories, TD-SCDMA and CDMA-2000(EVDO), according to market researcher GfK.
